K. M. Shahul Hameed stands as the foundational force and Chairman of the Venus Group, bringing over four decades of unparalleled expertise and visionary leadership to the construction and real estate industry. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he is a deeply respected community leader, serving as the Secretary of the historic Jumma Mosque in Purasawalkam and as the Secretary & Correspondent of J.M. Matriculation Higher Secondary School. His commitment to social betterment is further reflected in his philanthropic initiatives through the J.M. Educational Trust and J.M. Baithulmal, where he has spearheaded numerous programmes dedicated to supporting those in need and enriching the community.
He was awarded the “Munneru Thamizha - Business Excellence Award” for being a successful entrepreneur and business influencer for the upcoming generation in 2025. Believing that true success is incomplete without service to society, he has dedicated his time & resources to numerous causes.
The Feed Association for Education & Empowerment honoured Jb. K.M. Shahul Hameed with Moulana Abul Kalam Azad award for excellence in education 2024.

Yasin Ahamed M.S. is the founding Managing Director of 4th Dimension Creations Pvt. Ltd., a practice renowned for its design excellence and intellectual rigor. A registered architect with over 18 years of experience, he brings a distinguished academic background—including First Class Honors, a University Rank, and dual master’s degrees in Interior Architecture (Chatham University, USA) and Landscape Architecture—to a prolific portfolio of over 300 executed projects.
An IGBC Accredited Professional, Mr. Ahamed is deeply committed to sustainable and regenerative design, seamlessly integrating interior and exterior spaces with a holistic vision. His leadership extends beyond practice into the architectural community, where he has held elected roles in the Indian Institute of Architects. This unique synthesis of academic insight, industry recognition, and hands-on expertise ensures every project is a bespoke blend of client vision, contextual intelligence, and meticulous detail—resulting in timeless, transformative spaces that elevate both environment and community.
